Hello.
I’ve followed the tutorial and it seems that the ‘hand’ movie is corrupt and won’t load in After Effects which means, unfortunately, this is useless to me.
I only purchased this 5-10 minutes ago and would like to organise a refund ASAP please.
Hello, I’ve never heard of such a problem. Video can also be used just lower third is the extent, not a problem at all.
Great work! I’m having trouble exporting the .mov with a transparent background. Is it possible? I’ve set the export settings to “RGB+ALPHA” and “Millions+” with no luck.
