Hi,
I suppose you think on 1280×720, but ok, you can scale it down to any resolution.
Do not create new project. But new composition.
Anyway render in that way in smaller resolution will be the same. Actually it will rendering in full hd and in same time ae will scale down project.

It’s maybe crashing if you are using so big images.
1. Try to scale them down at first and than inport them in after effects. I customized same project few days ago, with images from client about 20Mpix without any problem.

2. Try one more thing: in composition “_text 01” unlock layer #2, select it, and in effect control for CC Pixel Polly try with lower value for grid spacing. Currently it’s 2, try with 10-20. That part with CC Pixel Polly effect render little slower, after that render is much faster.

3. As additional render optimizations, in final composition “_final 1920×1080” try to disable one or more adjustment layers – layers from #2 to #7. If you disable all of them, render will be much faster. Try to disable just some of them.

I think you will not need it if you optimize project with 3 steps above

Are you maybe using after effects in different language than English?

I suppose it is. I just sent you fixed project. Now it works in all languages.
