Just purchased, but files not working. After effects just freezes after opening and converting it from a Mac version for my PC!

Absolutely not working for me, last version of After effects and bug when i import the project “After effects warning: Unkonw BIB error. CT Generic: Cannot read CFF stream, BRV, 0” And prompt like 100 times, i must press enter during 5 minutes and then nothing work. It’s very urgent so is there a solution (i have 2 days for making my work) ? Or if not, how can i have a refund please ? Thanks in advance

Great work !! Fast question – I need to reverse bar but I don’t want to reverse seconds – so timer is goind down in seconds not up in reverse mode ON – thanks
