hi, i am using windows CS5.5 but i cant open your file after purchasing it. It give me a “this project must be converted from version 8.0.2 (Macintosh Intel) and will open as an untitled project.” error message. May i know if your file is meant for mac? It is because i didnt see any description that state it is only for mac.

Thanks for your purchase. The message you’re receiving isn’t an error, it’s just a notification telling you the project was created with a previous version of AE, and you’ll need to save the file with a new name.
Simply click “OK”, and save the project file to your computer.

I really like cars, but will this work on my computer? It came with a keyboard that has the number pad. If i hit “0” on the number pad will it ram preview this template?

Are the model years correct for the images next to them as is?

hi tyson, really great template! but i have a problem with the horizon. there’s a short flashing or flickering of the horizon at about 1:21 in your video preview (it seems that the layer gets darker for one or two frames). how is it possible to ged rid of this effect? i can’t find the right layers or adjustments… thank you very much in advance and kind regards, mathias

Thanks for your purchase! Glad you like the project. The issue may be occurring due to the extremely large size of the horizon graphic in the background. It’s dimensions are 10000×2500, which may be causing it to glitch randomly.
Try reducing the size of the horizon comp to about 5000×2500, then in the main composition, increase the width scale attribute to 200% to see if that remedies the issue.

I’ve purchased this template and when I tried to open it on AE, it says it has a bad format or not readable. I am using CS5 AE and I’ve downloaded other templates from Videohive but this is the only one so far that I can’t open.
Need to do this project ASAP….please help!

This was a great project. I used it to create a commercial for my organization. The only issue I had was that after window composition 13 through the end under the text section, my text changed from the grey I specified to white. I followed your directions on where to change the text color but the text from panel 13 to the end stays white. Any ideas how to fix? The other issue was that it rendered but my audio that I added was missing. I had to add the audio later using Vegas, etc…

I just tested everything and it all seems to be working properly. What version and language of After Effects are you using? Also, were you customizing the light or dark version of the animation?
As for the audio, make sure you have the render queue set properly to render audio along with the animation. Sometimes it’s easy to forget to enable audio before rendering the file.

How long does this take to render? For example, how long does it take to render all twenty placeholders? I love the quality but am hesitant because of the size of the “stage”.

Thanks for your question. It’s hard to give a reasonable estimate because render time will depend entirely on your computer’s capability.
On a 6-Core 3.33GHz MacPro w/32GB of RAM , the full animation takes under 3 hours to render. If your computer is comparable, you can likely expect the similar results.

Thanks for your question. To give the pictures more time, its mostly a matter of changing keyframes, and extending layer durations. There is a little bit of work involved, but none of it should be difficult to figure out.
