I have rendered this product for final export and each time it gets down to the last 4 seconds and freezes. I have tried to export 6 times and each time it freezes at the last 4 seconds.
The easy fix is to try render es PNG or TIFF sequence. That way when it freeze you can continue from that frame, you will not loose all render you already done…

Maybe you should remove from your product page then that the audio is included!!!!!!
We done that couple of days ago. Please check, you can find written “Sfx is not included within the project files but if you want to use it you will have to purchase the license HERE” .

Can I replace a video footage?
If you are asking about the eye footage, yes, but you must track the new footage and parent animation to it. In short, it require some advance knowledge of AE.

we bought this template of The Eye not long ago and we like it very much. We modified it quite easily with our company logo and have already used it as intro to some of our presentation videos. But today we were told by the filmmaker with which we work and have lot’s of films to produce using this template that he requires a 4K version because the films he is doing for us are mostly in 4K. Is there any chance you could modify this template and offer us a 4K version? We would gladly buy it again if it’s not too expensive.
Hi there! There is no option for increase size, because native shot of the eye, that we use and track is made in 1280×720p. However you can try to scale it up for the 4k project. It will not be a perfect solution but it might do the work for you. All the best Aleksandar
