Agh!! Loved this… so I bought it… but now I can’t open it:
“After Effects error: The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 11.0 (Macintosh 64) and cannot be opened with this version. See www.adobe.com/aftereffects for information on upgrading your software.”

so far, I downgrade it to CS5.5, i will try to push it to CS5, if you can update your to CS5.5, could be a possible solution too…
I’ve already purchased and downloaded a different template. (in a time crunch)
May be wise to update the write up for the template to let others not that it’s for version 11 or higher. In the meantime, do you know how I go about getting this refunded?
you need to open a ticket! go to help, and there is an option for it.
the project clearly says that is for CS6, but i will keep that in mind and have other versions in hand so this wont happen again! Thanks
