Hello, I bought two items from Videohive. Of these, “Text Tool” did not work. I asked for a refund for this. Then I deleted the old version of “aescripts + aeplugins zxp”, installed the new version. This time it worked in Text Tool After Effects. But it didn’t work in Premiere. It only opens as a “MOGRT” file in Premiere. The product’s introduction page states that Animation Studio Extension support is provided for both After Effects and Premiere Pro. But Animation Studio Extension only works in After Effects. I’m using licensed Windows 10 and licensed After Effects 2023, Premiere Pro 2023. How to solve this problem?
