What exactly do you mean? Background, arrows or text?
Quite simply, if you know a little After Effect, then you will be able to do it. Simply add to al layers that you want to correct, the effect – Fill, and choose you color.

Yes but on your demo there is sound. When I render it, there is no sound. Also when trying to make a movie the wav file seems to not load.
In the archive has a file with the soundFX (.wav format), just insert it in the project, and in the readme.txt has information about the music used in the preview and the link where you can download it.
how do you get the sound fx encoded into the video as well?

Why doesn’t the export to SWF work?
Also I tried to make an .avi and it became 2 GB big?
Another question is why does it take over an our to render? is it supposed to take that long?

Hello.
In order that would export to SWF , go to File -> Export -> ... (SWF), and select Unsupported Features – Rasterize.
And when you make .avi, 2GB because you do not select a codec encoding, and render nocompression. Order that there were a small size, choose a codec like DivX or XVid.
And long renders, because the scene is sophisticated, it has many layers, they are all in 3D, is the focus of the camera and motion blur, and it requires all the resources of the computer.

hi – looks good – is it possible to widen the arrows so they’re taller, easily from within AE? I’d like to make the arrows wider/taller, the “path” for them..?

For export video go to up menu “Composition” then “Make movie” and choose the format and path to export and press “Render”
