Pre-purchase question: My client wants me to replace some wording with their own Services. For example where the video shows TECHNOLOGY, INNOVATION, CLEAN DATA etc. I assume the big headers (such as TECHNOLOGY) are editable, but wondering about the smaller ones, such as Clean Data, Phone and the text beneath it – probably not? Please advise which titles are editable.

Hi there, I bought the template but am having issues. I have a screenshot, but don’t know where to send it. None of the cool images etc. show, such as the fingerprint, car etc. Please advise where I can get hold of you, or if it won’t ever work without Plexus etc (not sure what that is or where to get it as links don’t go to it).

Hi, I purchased this package (looks great by the way).
However I cannot even preview this in the comp in AE… It then freezes up on me and I can’t even do anything.
I have Pl3xus, E3D and Optical Flares. It was working when I would originally open it up, but then it just clogs up massively and can’t preview anything.
I’m on a new iMac Pro, so my hardware is good.
Can you explain this?
Hi, I can offer you only standard solutions because I have not encountered such on my workstation. 1. update video card drivers 2. try opening this project in a different version of AE 3. If I understand correctly, the project opened for the first time, then download it again and save the project to the version below. 4. Create a new project and make the import of this project sometimes helps.

Hi, about licenses. If you have made 1 project and do not change anything in it, a regular license will suit you. If you’re going to change the credits for each release (I’m not sure it is better to write in support envato) you need to buy for each issue the license. I can transfer the project to 4K 60 fps but for an additional fee. Email me via my profile page.

Hi, Do I have to save the airplane and the car 3D modeling separately? There are no files in the Footage folder of the pre-set you purchased.

Hello How do I turn off the element 3d layer to use the pre rendered elements? I did not realize i needed all those plugins before i purchased.
Hello, go to prerender version, next open all compositions and find e3d * layer and turn off it all. Now, you can use only icon vector or text
Ok where are the finger print and car elements etc?
To display the car ( its 3d model), you need the element 3D plugin. Icons are in the project

a few question before I buy, for my case, I want to use text only inside this template. I have 3d plugin but not plexus plugin. Will I get full effect inside template or I will missed some of the effect because lack of plexus plugin ?
Use prerender version and you get full design. E3D used for some elements and 3d model as main object
how to fix “effect control conversion required in effect Plexus, some effect control will be reset”? your plexus effect reset to default. i have plexus 3.0 btw
I’ve never seen anything like it. Write to the author of the plugin to find out the reasons.

Great looking project! Do you have the pre-rendered videos as After Effects Files? I wanted to rotate the camera 360 degrees around a 3D object once it reaches the center of the screen. I wanted the floor to rotate with the camera as well.
I do not have such versions of the pre-render that there was a flight around the object. Also not sure that in the original version it will look great, but you can try

Ok. After some hrs, I found a problem I hope you can help me to solve. I bought this template because of the airplaine image. It fits perfectly to my project. I already bought the airplane model also (.obj). I dont wan’t to use the pre rendered images cause I need to ad some things and personalize the template (a lot). So, when I go to the full project, there is something missing. I cant see the “floor” texture and integration. Also there is missing the airplane and airplane reflection composition (it has the ELEMENT effect but it is missing the model inside). So I went back to pre render and the AIRPLANE and reflection is there. But the integration looks odd because it is not on the original comp. Can you help me?
Hello 1. in url.txt you can find link for texture what i used 2. Model not included in template but in description(template page) you can find link for airplane model (link: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/aircraft/commercial/icelandair-boeing-737-max-8-redux)
Model I bought it from the link. But the texture what do I do? Just put it on the layer that says texture and re activate it?
