Everything is works on my pc (adobe premiere pro cc 2018) , Check please you Premiere Pro , something wrong from you side (if the problem will not be solved , i will give you an after effect version)

i can’t use the titles in premiere. it give a default saying that its made in after effects and i have to install AE. But i have after effects.
