Great idea – very handy. Easy to work with, as stated. Worth noting that the stripes are a 3D project PNG sequence output, so you can’t change their colors individually, just as a whole. I did have difficulties when I rendered the project with an alpha channel – the front end looked great, but the back end alpha was incredibly rough.. I had to fake my own with an animated mask. Any thoughts on why that would be the case?
Is there a way to change de stripes color?

How can I remove video1 and video2 ? I just want to use transition over my video, so I need transition with alpha channel.

just replace your video layer or composition(s) with video1 or video2 text layers..Select video1 layer and then with pressing ALT key , select your video layer and drag and drop over video1 or video2 layer
