I purchased this item and downloaded but cant get it to open

Hi, This looks really good but I can’t get it to work in any of my adobe CC programs (windows 10). It says the file is incompatible? Can you help me with this?

I am getting this error when trying to open the project. The MOV plays in VLC, but this error occurs whenever I try to use it in any Adobe CC program.
