Hello! Thank you for your interest to my project! This template for Adobe After Effect (CS5-CS6). I’m not sure that you can edit it in iMovie, may be you can export some parts of project, but I doubt whether it will work correctly as a whole.

Is there anyway I can use any of the special passes provided as an alpha channel?
In other words, I’m trying to customize the 3-D rendered background in some way. Potentially changing the color of the trees and perhaps getting rid of the candy cane style frame. Is there any way I can do this?

Thank you for interest to my project!
In general project isn’t include passes for separate customizing of all elements. But if you have AE CS5 or higher it will be easy to change some tint if you’ll apply ‘selective color’ effect to background layer (‘Snowflakes_background_1’).
