Thank you very much.the particle snowshape isn’t the pre render. you can change it to any kind of model.but you need to know about element3d and need element 3d plugin for it too.please understand for uncomfortable in this point too.

Hello, i have purhcased & upon opening there’s nothing to relink. i checked the layers for Text is still under E3D custom. But it’s not shown. So basically i only see blue screen with white particles. Is there anything wrong with this file? I had purchased numereous files before never have encounter something like this.

just hangon a minute i realize im running on the station with old Element 3D 1.6V instead.

I move over to the later Element 3D 2.2.2 to try again.

Managed to open it. but its extremely heavy. Even though im on a higher end gfx card & it’s recommended in 3D E.

seems like this project file i can barely use it. Too heavy for customization other then text & Logo. i can barely edit it. Then texture in E3 is also missing.

I actually just need the Snowflakes replaced by 4 point stars. Can you help with this? & the layers of texture is way too many, crashed my comps a few times.
