I can not do it when the purchased item opens normally. When opening a file, a lot of error codes are issued.
This may be due to the fact that the interface of your program is in Japanese. But this is not a project error, but a bug of Adobe itself. I don’t know why they haven’t fixed it yet. If you translate the program interface into English, everything will be fine.
After Effects is running in English version, not Japanese version. In the “Footage” folder, there are five movies with black backgrounds. In addition there is a picture of “clip” called “Photo place.png”. It seems that this alone is not enough to start the program properly. In short, is not the content of “Footage” insufficient?

I believe the layer that is missing is the actual placeholder frame. Has this been resolved as I would like to purchase this but there are a number of errors being reported by everyone here.
