You could turn off motion blur (if it’s on). This will reduce render times considerably. Also, you could turn off some of the many cloud layers (although I wouldn’t recommend this). I am afraid there isn’t much else what you could do.

Hi! Each cloud is on its own layer. So you can move and colorize them freely to get a totally different look.

Hi Shark Biscuit… you can simply turn off the birds with one click as they are on a separate layer. This would render your video out without having any birds in it, leaving the rest intact.
