I edited the graphic in Motion as instructed in your PDF file, adding in my logo and text, and it looks fine in the program, but when I export it, my logo and text are blurry in the rendered version. How can I fix this?

I tried turning off motion blur, as you suggested, but my exported file is still blurry. Can you think of anything else I might try? Or should I try to get my money back?

Why always charge? You are selling sound also separately. Ok I still purchased it. Again to help in fitting the logo you need money? Since long days you are not even looking to my logo. You are disappointing me ☹️☹️

It’s not fitting properly and letters are not clear with effect shadow or emboss effect.
I found your instructions to be incomplete (no instructions about how to install this product at all) and when I try to run it in Motion it runs too slow to even use properly. I doubt I’ll purchase from you again.
Thank you very much for purchasing. this is an Apple Motion template no need to instal just unzip the folder after downloading and open .motn file. it plays slow in Motion if you play directly by pressing spacebar. please make a render preview and see it works fine. please mail (honypix@outlook.com) me for further help

I open the 3 files and they are all running at 2-3 fps rather than 29, how do I fix this? My apple motion is up to date. Regards, Neil

How do I send a preview, its all working except its running at 2-3 framers per second instead of 30
Please make sure all your compositions and clips are same frame rate and size
I have used 5 different logo stings from this site and yours is the only one not working. Please email me at neiltarlinton@icloud.com to fix the issue. I may be because of an update but all my other logo stings are still working from this site when I open them.

What’s a ram preview? What’s a render? I can send you screenshots by email but you refuse to send me your email. Also takes you a day to reply to every comment. I’m starting to get very frustrated with you. As I said previously I have purchased a number of logo stings. After I downloaded they always play straight away. I download yours and it’s plays at 2-3 frames per second. A prompt reply would be appreciated.

I feel stupid asking but can’t figure out how this work. The help pdf doesn’t show how to install and the simple quick logo files aren’t working.

Go to Applications>right click on Final Cut Pro>Show Package Contents>Contents>Plugins>Media Providers>MotionEffect.fxp>Contents>Resources>Templates>Titles>
now open FCPX and you can see the project in Titles> Custom or in Titles
