You can render out as .flv or mpg and use it in word press, I do not have any tech info about how to integrate in word press, But you can render out as mov above mentioned format or any other format which word press supports, You can post this in Theme forest forum, so that you will get exact technical guidance

Flares at start is created within afx, with some color corrections it is possible to get

Only flares are per rendered, particles are created within after effects and it is CC plugins, BG layers are seperate and it is simple ramp, all this placed along with logo comp

Also comp added for audio sync, where dummy layers placed, just needed to be replaced by the audio track, which gives perfect sync as shown on the preview
