Hi Alex, I just bought your product. I have AE CC and it said it had to import it into a new format and it looks nothing like what the instructional video looks like. I saw here that someone asked you if you could just put his word in the product and make it for him so I thought it was worth a shot, since I am totally lost. All I need is the Words (for Logo): Kristos and for the three lines below the logo: That you may have Life and that more Abundantly

I so out of my league that i thought it was worth a shot! thanks in advance if you can!

Please clarify “so you DON’T need any additional plugins (Cycore Effects are required)”

addtional plugins required yes or no? how much does Cycore Effects costs? If I dont have the flare plugin will the flare still be adjusted to a custom logo?

Hi, I purchased your simple logo intro a while back but my old computer just couldn’t handle After Effects well. I’m now working on a new imac and have splashed out on Adobe CC.

Looking to use the Simple Logo Intro now, I am opening the Logo_formation.ape file in After Effects CC and getting a message as follows:

This project contains 2 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references (“Optical Flairs”).

I’ve checked to make sure Cycore HDFX is installed as that comes packaged with AE CC, thinking the flairs were something to do with that but no joy.

I replaced the logo for mine. However, my logo is not with the effects: appear and disappear. I’m using After Effects CC Trial.

Hi, it apperes to me that layer 7 “particles” and layer 16 “Logo_formation_prerendered.aep” is causing the the X on the screen.

I can hid Particles but when I hide the layer 16 the logo gets hidden which is not ideal…

Advise will be greatly appreciated.

You logo is great, but with After Effects CS6 , I’m sorry to say it’s a pain. Even with plug-ins. We played arround with it and finally got it but it took a while. Our customer is so please with results and that what counts.

I like the design – I don’t own After Effects – can you customize it for me with my name & logo?

My logo doesn’t explode at the end. Do I need Cycore FX in order for that to happen?
