How easy is it to change the shop items?

Just wondering: once I give you the text to add in the video, am I able to change it later on or once it’s done it’s done?
Opening the project in After Effects. You can replace the text. Then you do the final render. Get a video with your text.
I don’t do After Effects. Can you add my text/logo?

so i just bought and forgot to look at which cs- anyway to save it in cs5 for me?.. sorry I should of looked but I only have cs5
