Why is my file so dark? There appears to be no lights turned on it looks nothing like the preview. Please assist.

Hey there. Changing the bpc didn’t add any lighting. It actually made it much darker. It’s almost as if the lights are missing. This is what I see:

Apparently the .mov files are corrupt or unsupported? Not had that issue before
You are missing some codec on your machine. Try instaling QuickTime. If that doesnt work try to open project folders, and inside find the folder containing the videos. Then just prerender all of them, inside the media encoder and then replace this new files with original one. That way the files will work 100%
