Do I still have to shorten the frames on the clips to add your transition? Also, it shows your package is on sale from $28 down the $14, but when I go to add it says $28. Why is it being advertise on sale but then not giving it to me.
Hello. No extra action is required. There is no need to shorten anything. The sale has been going on all week and just ended. It is canceled automatically, according to the set deadlines
I’d buy for advertised price of $14 if that is possible.
Then you need to wait for the next sale. Envato rules allow sales after a minimum of 30 days have elapsed after a product price change. I can’t say exactly when the next one will be, but it won’t be more than 30 days from now. Also, after updates, the price may increase.
Does this also work with DaVinci Resolve 18?
Yes. Just for the package to work correctly in Davinci Resolve 18, do not copy the transitions into your project. Do the opposite. Create your project directly in the transitions project file with the desired fps. And save it under a new project name to always have a clean transition file.

Hello. Try downloading the archive again from the download section of the videohive. Perhaps there were errors during the download. Delete the old project and restore the archive again. For the package to work correctly in Davinci Resolve 18, do not copy the transitions into your project. Do the opposite. Hello. It looks like your archive was unpacked with a mistake. Just rename the downloaded archive with any short name and unzip it. All files will be in place.
Hi, I have a question, will there be a version for 50 FPS?
Hello. Now we are planning to increase the number of transitions. Making a big update with Glitch Transitions. At the moment, did not plan to do 50 fps. This is not a very common frame rate, and in this pack for each fps we adjust the animation manually. The higher the FPS, the longer it takes to make subsequent updates. Perhaps in the future it will become more relevant and it will be possible to add more support for other fps.

It’s so good, but it can’t be used as a click and drag. I followed the instructions, but it didn’t work, so I had to go into the compound clip timeline and copy and paste it. I’m using DaVinci version 17. It’s so uncomfortable. I hope the problem will be resolved soon.
Hello. What is the FPS in your work sequence? Dragging and dropping will not work if your sequence has a different FPS than transitions. Please make sure they match.
Hello! Support for major FPS has been added in recent updates. Transitions now work at 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97, 30, and 60 fps. I think now you will not have any problems using transitions by dragging and dropping.

Hey there. Loving the set, thanks for porting these over to DR (was using the same library on Premiere and loved it). 2 questions though-
1: I followed the tutorial video steps to the T, but the transitions won’t allow a drag and drop onto my timeline. Weirdly though, as a workaround I can drag them in as their own new tabbed timeline, where I see the decomposed elements, and can just copy/paste from there to my main timeline. Not a bad workaround but hoping you can shine some light on what’s wrong so I can simply drag and drop.
2: Some of the transitions (specifically, the “Fade Directional Blurs”) there is a black frame or two at the tail end of each transition, even if I try trimming off the end with the black frame. It seems like something hard coded into the fusion programming, perhaps? I’m not great with Fusion, so I was hoping you may know what’s going on.

1. Most likely the FPS of your sequence is different from the FPS transitions. Currently transitions work at three FPS – 25, 30 and 60. If you have a different frame rate, you cannot drag and drop them onto the timeline. In the next update we will add two more FPS – 24 and 29.97 frames. We are currently working on this. And yes, with the difference in FPS, you can use your own path, but the animation in this case may not work quite correctly.

Unfortunately the transitions won’t work at all now.
I used to be able to use the copy/paste workaround when bringing each transition into its own timeline first, but I think that was just because they weren’t the correct FPS (I always edit on 23 or 24fps timelines).
Now, however, I’ve followed the 6 step instructions to a T, and have confirmed the correct timeline framerate, but the transitions just don’t do anything at all.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello Chris. I will leave this message for you and users who use DaVinci Resolve 18. It is in Beta-testing and is unstable. It has bugs with copying adjustment layers. Therefore, in order for the pack to work correctly, do not copy the transitions into your project. Do the opposite. Create your project directly in the file with the transition project with the desired fps. And save it under your new project name to always have a clean file with transitions. Then the transitions work correctly. I hope Black Magic will fix the DaVinci Resolve 18 issue with the release.
