Can I make their legs shorter? Or at least, the shirt longer to make an illusion the legs are shorter

Can I create an animation for one character and then use it for the other characters?
Hi, thanks for purchasing. When you create a new pose animation for one character then is better to save as this character to a new one and customize it to another one.
That’s unfortunate, it makes it very difficult to use and that wasn’t what I was looking for.. Can I cancel the purchase? The graphics are quite good, but technically – the template has many downsides which makes it very difficult to use if I want many characters in my video

I am very sorry hearing that. Envato support always take care clients that ask for a refund. Please be patient cause maybe they are busy. I didn’t get any email from them asking me for a refund. The most of the times they make the refund without asking me. It depends the reason of your refund. Thanks
