Hey, thanks for your purchase! I just checked and double tested here in my personal laptop and the template has no issues, did you install correctly the Pixmap plugin? The only thing i can figure out to solve the issue is to rotate your design inside the comp where you insert the picture. Just put negative values on the scale axis until the design looks correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply! I added the Pixmap.aex to my after effects project files -> plug-ins folder. I am using after effects 2025 on a Windows computer. The only issue when I rotate the image in the composition it looks distorted in the main comp. Any I can email you directly to troubleshoot? Want to delete this comment from here
