I recently purchased this AfterEffects template from VideoHive. At first I did not realize that it required your Element 3D plug-in, so I purchased that and installed it. However, when I open the project, I do not see the shield part of the graphic. I am only able to change the text. When I first opened the project, a dialog box popped-up and req and email or license key. I typed in my email, and all seemed fine, but I still cannot get this template to work as purchased.
I am not sure whether the problem lies with the template, or if I did something wrong during installation. If you have any insight into this matter, please let me know. I am pushing on a deadline, and really need this to work.

thank you for your notice, make sure that you have installed the (element 3D) plugin correctly.
not to mention that it is not MY plug-in, it is a video copilot plug-in that you MUST install and licince from the company website via email the the project WILL work properly!
I’ll make sure that you are satisfied if you send me screen shots of your problem!
