Good afternoon,

Can you please confirm the sound of the rollercoaster (not the music) is NOT included in this project? seems this is only 3D animation but no related sound effect of the rollercoaster.

Can other people advice what they did to solve or where to find this background sound file.

I have tried to replace the footage on the billboards but the replace footage option is greyed out. I am using Adobe AE through the subscription via my MacBook Pro.

How much would it cost for a custom animation ? I need a roller coaster intro that spins around…for maybe 7 or 8 secs until it reveals my logo. No video template or screens.

Hello, Thank You for buying template. Well, You must enter the comp with placeholder itself and change it, it might be that You entered wrong comp…. (Which version of software are You using, it also might be the codec of file…) sincerely, Dragan

Inserted video into the first billboard, but it isn’t playing. Any tips?

Where can I find the track sounds… the clicks and clacks as the coaster moves? I hear it in the preview, but I only see a link to the music file (which I am purchasing).

Hi I purchased this and I love it! I had a question for you though… is it possible to alter something in the AE file so the roller-coaster doesn’t “Stop” at each billboard, but rather just slows down a bit?
