In the video demo it says no plugins required, but in the project it required CC Particle World. The demo version of the plugin renders a big green X.
Not happy with this at all, especially for $25.

I purchased this because it clearly stated, “NO PLUGINS REQUIRED .” Now you are telling me that it does require plugins. This is deceptive. If it only required those plugins included with AE full version then that is what you should have advertised.
Simply put, if you have control over this, please issue a refund. This gesture on your part will insure that I keep you on my list for future purchases. If you cannot or will not, I will continue my refund request with VideoHive. If they refuse, I will simply call my credit card company and they will cheerfully refund the money. In the end I will get the refund. Let us do this the best way possible so as to preserve future relationships.

I presume the cars and the road with the camera moves are all pre rendered and flattened? I was just wondering if you could hold on a frame for longer without freezing the video.
Hello. There are no prerendered elements. All animated in AE. It you know AE you can change everything that you want.

The file requires plugins. Which ones?
Hello. Check in your AE plugin CC Particle World, in full version it should be. But even if you do not have it, it’s not terrible, you can use project without it, with this plugin just to made the particles that fly through the air, ie dust, and all.
I need a standard NTSC version how do I change the render output? Usually when I do this it gets cropped.

Hello. The archive you just downloaded a file RoadSoundFX.wav, this is the sound effects, music you can download from the link mentioned in ReadMe.txt. Insert them into the final composition and in render settings tick render whis the sound. Change the size, you can in render settings, simply activate the Stretch and write the desired size.

I found a way round it by adding it to Final Cut and converting it there. On your Text 4 how do I make the text visible to see what I am typing? Thanks.
