Hello i purchashed this from you and i recently updated to cs6 but the project doesnt work. once i get to a certain level in the precomps it just doesnt show up in my preview window .. which means i cant add my images or video to those comps

I have purchased the video and I need the audio file. I went to the website you suggest following the link and I had to open an account in order to get it. I did open the account and I got a message that I have to wait 24 hours to be activated. It’s been longer than that and I haven’t received a reply from them.

Is there any other way to get the file? It’s super urgent because I have to give it to the client tomorrow.
