Hi, may be you need to install QuickTime on your computer.
I have already install quicktime (not the pro version) on my pc
It’s weird, there must be no problem to import this file in AE.
is it not the zip package that have problem ? got corrupt message ? il will try with another pc so
I have try with another PC, with quick time installed (not pro version), the file is not starting on QT, Vlc player or WMP, need i installed a special codecs for pc ? ( I see only black background and with hallo)
That’s normal, because video is with alpha channel (for AE).
