Trapcode Form plugin requires high performance to work with a large number of particles.
The number of particles depends on the size of your logo
You can reduce the number of particles using a special quick settings.(watch video tutorial)

Unfortunately After Effects СС2015 and 2017 is often not fully use a CPU.
I noticed that if I use Trapcode plug-in Form with After Effects CC 2014 then render time less.
What is your version of After Effects? How your CPU usage?

I did some tests for this template on my old PC
(core i7 – 4 cores (8 threads), 32 GB DDR3)
AE СС2015(2017) – render time about 2 hours 37(43) minutes (CPU usage at 30-70% )
AE СС2014 - render time – 1 hours 10 minutes (CPU usage at 100% )

Unfortunately, you must have at least one plug-in Trapcode Form. This plug-in generates your logo. It creates a shape of your logo from digital particles. I can`t do prerender because logos can have a different shape and size.
