Hello I’m having trouble with this theme, Uploaded the theme that I edited onto YouTube and YouTube blocks it on all countries with a Visual claim by Copyright owners “Payner” with information “RAYNA 429 ZA 24 01 2018 NEW” Please help! This is the first time I encounter such issue.

Yes I provided the license, its been past few days. Have not got any release yet. Let me ask the YouTube support. It’s the visual claim which means the theme itself.

No, transitions cannot be slowed down
Is there a way to disable the small text on the white frame?
Yes, of course, just find the white_frame composition and just disable or change the text

I have bought your Adobe After Effects template Photo Frames. It is the first time I have ever used a template or even After Effects. I need your help!
I have changed all pictures in FOR EDIT by right clicking on thumbnail, selecting set proxy —> and then select a file from my browser. Double clicked on Render 1.06 —> everything looks fine. All photo’s are there in preview…
Clicked on COMPOSITION —> ADD TO RENDER QUEUE Changed the settings to X264
Clicked on Render
The problem now is that he only is rendering without photo’s…
How can I resolve this?? I am working with CC2017

I used “Photo Frames” to arrange photos from “For-edit” to “part1, part2” and then “Render”. However, in the final movie, “Part1” pictures are repeated. I do not know why. What should I do?
A couple of dumb questions…..this renders really great…I am a newbie to finally trying to learn AE…..Question 1 – Is it recommended to fully render the project before I use Dynamic Link in Premier Pro? (BTW, I am working in CS6) Question 2 – In regards to rendering….this project I am only wanting to use Part 1 and 2, after I did a SAVE AS, should I delete all files related to Part 3 and 4?

I am having trouble with the white photo frames. They do not display when I preview. Is this a layer that is turned off by default? Or is it missing from the file?

I do not know what you were doing before that, the project has a lot of sales, it was checked before take. The first time I hear about this problem.
I am considering buying this template as well but notice that all the photos are landscape. Is there any way to use portrait photos?
You can use any photo, but they will all be horizontal. If you know the program, you certainly can do vertically any pictures that you like

I am ready to purchase your Photo Frame. I have two questions and would appreciate you clarify:
(1) Your response above implies that you use a filter for the photo frame images. Is it possible to disable the filter for the main (foreground) image but leave it on for the background (in transition) images? I think the contrast will make foreground (main) image more pronounced.
(2) What is the image aspect ratio for the foreground images? 16:9? The frame label says: 1280×856. Or does it matter?
(3) My photos are 4:3 but they are high resolution and large (minimally 6, 7 MB or bigger). What is the best way to go about preparing them? Do nothing? Adjust all of them to 16:9 before starting the AE project?
Please be precise in your answers.

1) yes, there is a filter, but it can be disabled 2) does not matter 3) have to reduce the image and make the crop (1280?856)
Nice design. A question about the color of the images: is this how the images originally look? Or are you using certain filters? If the latter, I am assuming that the filters can easily be disabled, right? Thanks.
