Is there an option to toggle off the vertical frame effect that moves right to left?

Nevermind, I solved it by just deleting Scene_1, and duplicating Scene_3 which does not have the vertical frame effect.
Yes, it can be solved in this way. Do not forget to duplicate all the content in the composition
Actually, I did run into difficulty doing it this way. Can you elaborate on how to ‘duplicate all the content in the composition’?

To avoid this, duplicate and replace the entire contents within the composition. All placeholders replaced by new within the scene (duplicated)
so, do you mean duplicate the Control Panel and all scenes…? Before I just duplicated specific Scenes but that had the effect described earlier.
No. Duplicate not only scene, as well as ALL OF THEIR CONTENT! And replace the old with new placeholders. Everything is very simple

Could you outline every layer one needs to locate and adjust if they wish to extend and remap the time you have set the compositions PH_1, PH_2 etc at?
increase the time of the composition in the properties (Ctrl+k) Turn ON visibility hidden layers and adjust the remaining layers
thanks for getting back to me, because I’m happy to have each composition relatively equal, I ended up time-remapping the main composition and it seemed to keep all layers in sync with each other
