I actually subscribe to Envato Elements and when I want to buy a product permanently in order to make things easier for me regarding licenses etc., I test it before downloading it. Which is logical otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to download it…

Unfortunately I haven’t come across your problem yet, as everything works without problems for me and other clients.
Now I’m wondering if a language other than English might be causing problems, so I’d try setting the Davinci language to English. (Preferences->User->Language)
P.S .I don’t work weekends and I live in the EU, so not 5 days, but 2 (It is currently 9.00 AM in my country)
sorry for your schedule but you know that in the editing profession, every day encountered with a problem can be a big waste of time. I notice however that here you respond directly unlike my private messages … I do not think that putting the program in English would have any impact and I cannot afford it because I trained in this language (French). I have a lot of other external plugins and the language has never been a problem and I do not see what that would change … Thank you
After Effects templates have problems with non-English language, so I thought it might be similar in Davinci. It’s worth a try.
