Talisman4, I can feel your frustration in your text here. I know we are 8 months past that discussion but another option might be (or might have been) to open the MOGRT file in After Effects (assuming you have it with your CC license) and then either tweak it as you like OR just re-save it back while overwriting the previous and see if then it will open in your Premiere Pro. This solution does sometimes fix issues like what you are having.

I bought this slideshow from the author, but it wouldn’t even play in premiere pro. I contacted the author to ask if they could somehow update the slideshow or something, but the author keeps saying to watch the tutorial like in the other review. This is not user error. The slideshow wont even play in premiere without completely choking no matter what I do. It could be a compatibility issue with PP 2022, but I even downgraded and it would not work with previous versions. Author stopped responding to me when I only asked if I could get a version that actually worked. At least refund me the money.

Why would I go through the trouble of writing this comment when I’ve been in touch with you personally and have also been in touch with Envato? Maybe because it isn’t working? I’m not in the business of trying to take advantage of anyone. I barely have time to write this review and reply. Envato tells me to reach out to the Author, and you tell me to reach to Envato. All the while I’m stuck with a slideshow that didn’t work. My system is amazing btw. 2019 Mac Tower, 2 32GB graphics cards, 96gbs of Ram. I can run 6 4K monitors and edit 4k multicam footage no problem, but this file is corrupt or something. It chokes horrendously.

I don’t think it’s a problem with my Mogrt file.
From your comment that you also purchased from another developer and it didn’t work, I think there is a possibility that there is a problem with your system.
It may have nothing to do with your computer specs.

The know-how of solving various errors (file not opening, turning off during preview, rendering impossible, etc.) that occurred while doing similar work for a long time is as follows.

There is no exact solution.

- Folder location & name error,
- Image size error (big size),
- Image name error (special characters not recognized, use of alphanumeric characters is recommended),
- Image & video file format (jpeg, png, mov file recommended),
- Font error (Very frequent: cursive, Chinese characters, other special fonts)
- Third-party plugin conflicts,
- Adobe program duplication error (eg, the program does not open when cs6 & cc2021 are installed at the same time)
- Unpredictable conflicts with other programs, etc.

I was able to solve the problem by checking these things.

I never said that I purchased something from other developers and they didn’t work. Actually, it is quite the opposite. I bought 3 templates two days ago and they worked fine. This particular mogrt doesn’t work. I’ll download it again and remove the old one and go from there. Either way I will stop commenting about my dissatisfaction.

I have downloaded and Premiere Pro says that the file (mogrt) is not compatible with my version of Premiere Pro, but I have the latest version. Could you please help me with this issue?
