Should this really be taking 8hrs to render?? This is insane. Is there a way to render this quicker?

Please does anyone know how to turn off the “film damage” layer? It seems like the programmer has permanently added in a layer that cannot be removed. I am not ready to ask for my money back yet but if anyone has any tips on this please let me know. I have disabled every single layer and effect yet this orange and blue element still persists in the composition. Any help would be great.

How do you turn off the blue and orange light flares? I tried disabling the control panel layer but even that didn’t help.

hey its my mothers bday & i would like to use this template for showing her the video wishes from her friends. With each wish ranging from 20-30seconds. Is it possible to do the same on this template
