Hi a quick and easy way without quality loss is work on the 4K version (scale your media if needed and then you. Oils either scale down the 4K to an HD comp or just render the 4K in HD using media encoder.
Yes thank you, I will scale the media to 4K then in rendering I will choose FHD in media encoder, Are you sure I will not lose the quality of the FHD vidoes becuase I changed the scale to 4K ?
