I bought Multiscreen – 2 Split Screen, I followed the instructions and the templates don’t appear. I’m using Premiere Pro 2023 v23.2. what should I do?

I like your split screens, I need a split screen for talking head videos, To slide in From Left right or beneath, Where I can Display Lists (Highlight Certain pieces of that list), Maybe Images, or Memes, but the important part is that when the second split screen slides in, It also changes the position of the Talking Head video, It doesn’t slide Over it.
