Same thing! I bought this template, but as soon as I opened it with After Effects CS6 it prompted: “After Effects error: file ‘End flare 3.mov’ cannot be importer ? this ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported.’”

Hello I just bought this template, but as soon as I opened it with After Effects CS6 it prompted: “After Effects error: file ‘End flare 3.mov’ cannot be importer ? this ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsupported.’” Same thing with the ‘Start flare3.mov’ file. I tried opening them with Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Premiere… but it also prompts similar error… no streams available on the files it says.

What can I dot?

This template can it works with vidéos ? Or only photo ?

there are a few items missing…. 80+ items.. and, does quicktime really required?

When rendering out, animation freezes at frame 00076. Right when the camera makes it’s 3D turn and logos get much faster. The render completes with no errors, but main logo is not displayed at end, nor does the faster, smaller logos. I’ve also tried to next the “composition” into another comp, and it will preview with those errors. When scrubbing through “composition” it looks and works great. I can even RAM preview just fine. Any thoughts? Weird, right. AE CC.

I purchased this item last night. Once I open it in AE CS4 , I get a unicode error… Same time I also purchased logo explode project there is no error message on that project…I searched “unicode error” is due to corrupt fonts, I did not install any new fonts either.. I wonder if anyone had the same problem…
