All of the pre-rendered files have drop shadow on them. Making them a HUGE hassle to use. Why?
Em. You can use Blend Modes to hide shadows, sorry if it’s trouble for you.

Hi aniom. Looks like I’ve purchased the wrong package after reading through these comments. I meant to purchase one with controllers inside of after effects for a more custom use (color, scale, etc). I see that I saved this package as opposed to your other one here https://videohive.net/item/motion-elements-pack/19868698. Is there any way you could refund me for this package so I can make the correct purchase?

ANOTHER quick question, all these effects are very small, when i try to scale up the effects are very pixulated and cannot be used, how do we re size without loosing quality??
Hi! 1) .MOV files with Alpha Channel (without background) 2) This project it’s pre-renders from Motion Elements Pack (https://videohive.net/item/motion-elements-pack/19868698) and it’s not vector, can not change scale without loss of quality. It’s possible only in first pack (link above)

I have been using the shapes and they work great, thank you for the hard work you must have put in to create.
Do you have any tutorials on how to use the transitions, they are not similar to those in Premiere Pro which you just drop or place in between titles or movie clips, i assume the ones purchased need other settings amended.
To explain, i can see the transition effect but only over the first title, it does bot transition to the second tile?

I’m dropping the video effect “Track Matte Key” onto the clip i want to transition to, i am getting an effect but absolutely no color so the transitions do not look like preview and are not good enough to use.
There is no READ ME file included in the purchase with any kind of instruction usage, can you please offer support and advise as i cannot use the transitions i purchased from you???

Hi! Sorry for long response. Preview was making in AE, via Luma Mattes Mask (without Effects – Keying and etc..) In AE 4 types of mask. Details how to implement similar transitions in Premiere Pro – I can not say exactly. Write your version Premiere Pro.
