Apologies for this but is it possible for me to get a refund on this project? I didn’t realise I would need this ‘E3D’ software in order to edit it.
I opened the project in After Effects and none of the iPhones show up. Can you help me with this urgently? Alternatively, is it possible for me to swap for your version that doesn’t require E3D? I don’t want to have to spend double.

Hi, if you don’t have E3D you can purchase the pre-rendered version and edit the screen and texts, but this version of the template must be edited with E3D.
