in the first couple of frames of “jump_up.mov” there are some gray boxes in front of mio. I am using it in a very large format so it ends up being extremely noticeable. could you take a look at it. Its in the video in the mov file section of the project, not caused by the after effects project.

In the composition jump dow, when i use this composition i see one big mio frame, in the transition between compositions, and when i render this made one flash of big mio in the movie, could you sayme how to fix this

I use After Effects CC for MAC in spanish, when i try to open give me errors with the effects for the idioms, could you say me how to fix this. Thanks
