How do I get a refund? The files do not render inthe latset version of AE and ME
i did it cs5
I’m using after effects cc 2019 and media encoder cc 2019. I get this error message trying to render your file after a few minutes:
Export Error Error compiling movie.
Render Error
Render returned error.

It only happens with yor file for some reason.

Purchased and love it—quick question: how to change the overall “dark” look and feel from navy blue to something else? I’ve changed “Dark Royal Blue Solid 1” under the Solids folder to a different color and also changed the fills on different compositions to reflect the color desired (a dark brown), but the changes are taking.
I’ve looked for hidden layers but can’t see anything obvious. Maybe something with pre-renders?
