Hi! Thank you for your purchase. You can try double clicking on a placeholder in the “Edit” tab to open it as a separate sequence, then try pasting your cuts into that sequence. Let me know if that works for you!

try changing premiere pro language to English, other languages can cause errors in expressions. Also, make sure you have After Effects installed!
Hi, I bought the Minimal Grid Slideshow for Premiere Pro. I was able to open it without any problems and insert the desired images as well. Unfortunately, the white dividing lines of the placeholders are not visible or present. How can I activate this? I’m running Premiere Pro 2022. And all my images are 1920×1080. I will be happy about feedback.
Hello and thank you for your purchase! I have checked, they are visible by default and do not require them to be enabled. Make sure that you are using English version of Premiere Pro, other languages may cause problems. Or try changing frame size in Essential Graphics panel settings in each scene. Great template – how can I keep the sound of each video I insert in the template?
Hello and thank you for your purchase. I can’t find any button that will enable audio from an inserted placeholder. Maybe a solution whould be to import videos in the main timeline and make them audio only (disable video) and sync to what you already have imported.

After typing I tried to change the text color and frame size(+color), but it doesn’t work. (the text color is still black I can’t change.)
How can I solve this problem?

Hello! Thank you for your purchase! It seems like it can be a problem caused by the Premiere Pro language settings. Change it to English and everything should work properly. Please let me know if this helps!
