Snow Fairy Tale Kit drive is not available in the extension folder. 
can use version after effects css
can be used in after effects cs6 but without plugin! Just manual import from project folder (without preview)
Not see how to get this working for Premiere Pro.
You can right click on your footages in premiere editting timeline and select – “replace with after effects composition” Now you’l get your footage in AE and add this effects!
