Do not understand your question completely. This tools create markers in project as you normal create. Only difference you can create preset and keep and use it whenever required. Also remember this tool only support text market. Any other options are not supported in this tool.

All the presets you create in this tool remains in memory as it creates a separate preset files in your machine. It is not linked to the project.
