I need some help. I placed some of my own pictures into the template and added the comp to the render queue. I hit render and it renders fine but when I try to open the file it says “This file contains some media which isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player.” and it won’t play… any thoughts? thanks

the gray gaps disappear when i disable the effects layer in each scene but the effects are not being applied. help pleaseeee!!

hi Sonora Love the template, you may want to check the gliche effect in your template. The effect leaves a big gap between frames rather than butt up in your display.
