Hi, i bought your lower thirds pack but everything is grey and i cant change anything. I sent you an email last week but didnt get any response! I need to use the lower thirds now! My Version of Adobe AE is CC2023. Kind regards
I found out by myself now what the problem was and changed 88 times the word “Color” to the german word “Farbe” in the Expression. Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the support, except that there wasnt any!

French but it is ok. I deactivated the error expression in preference.
