You have said the files are compatible with CS5. However, when I download the files there are no compatible files for CS5 only CS5.5 and above.

The project is compatible for CS5.5 and above. It is my mistake that I’ve included CS5 as well in the project description, I am going to correct it now and am terribly sorry for the trouble.
And you can of course ask for a refund, which is no problem.
