This plug in is a mess – formatting issues even with the examples when you open it. Not even space to type in full names or job titles and not easy to adjust widths. This will save you no time at all. Im asking for a refund now – wish I had seen all the negative comments before buying

Very hard to customize. Masks are not labeled well and samples are only one name so as soon as you do a first and last name, everything has to be reziaed and that means all the masks and shape elements. Very unfriendly

I tried to use this project in my project but the items are pixelated and i cant seem to get these to work in my adobe Premier project to no avail. How would I get a refund so I can buy another project?

I´m having trouble with the animations. From what I saw, they are all half done. What I mean is that the animation starts so the text and animation is shown, but there´s no animation to take the text and graphics off…. they only come to a close when the time of that clip is gone. Not happy at all.

having opacity problems with #96 specifically – I cant adjust it to be a solid overlay and the opacity seems set somewhere around 80% for the text, so the background bleeds through. please help.
