How do I handle this situation? I bought 3 different files from three different authors. I downloaded the WinRar tool and I believe it was able to unzip it and export the files to my computer but now I have a BIGGER issue. Adobe After Effects will not open the files. It states the file is not compatible. As of today, I am just doing the trial run on After effects until I know which software version I need to subscribe to. All three files have different after effects compatible versions (CC2014, CC2015, CC, CS5.5, and CS6). I have a Windows computer and I really need help. Which version will open all three files? I truly love the file templates that I purchased because they go perfectly with my brand, I just need a way to view them and customize them all….(Worse case scenario, if I have to only go with one after effects version, how can I receive a credit for the ones that I purchased already so that I can repurchase a file design that I can use with the version after effect I download?)
